What this site is, and what it is not.
Plainly stated, because the alternative is a wall of text nobody reads and everybody agrees to.
Informational content
Everything on this site is general information about compliance programmes. It is not legal advice, not engineering advice, and not a determination about any specific building.
Regulations change
Deadlines, thresholds, penalties, and programme mechanisms change, sometimes mid-cycle, and several programmes described here contain draft elements. Confirm current requirements for the individual property.
Service boundaries
Honeydew is an advisor and coordinator. We are not engineers, installers, contractors, attorneys, or a regulator, and we do not perform engineering or installation work.
Compensation
Honeydew may receive compensation from suppliers, vendors, or programme partners in connection with certain energy services. Where that applies, we disclose it in the engagement.
Third-party data
Utility, agency, and platform data is provided by third parties. We verify what we reasonably can and flag what we cannot, but we do not control the source systems.
Estimates
Any figure described as estimated, illustrative, or modelled is exactly that. We do not guarantee savings, scores, incentive awards, penalty outcomes, or regulator decisions.
Honeydew Plus sample data
Product screens shown on this site use illustrative building data. They contain no real client or property identifier and are not a filing receipt or a regulator determination.
Trademarks
Client and organization names are used to describe relationships. All marks belong to their respective owners. ENERGY STAR and Portfolio Manager are marks of the US Environmental Protection Agency.
Contact and newsletter information
Honeydew Energy Advisors uses the contact details and inquiry you submit to respond and provide requested services. Inquiries are stored in our website database and HubSpot; Resend delivers service emails. Newsletter signups are managed in MailerLite. Subscribing is optional, and you can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, email [email protected].
Website analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Microsoft Clarity and AvidTrak to understand visits, measure advertising and attribute calls. These tools may use cookies and collect page URLs, referral and campaign information, device information and interactions. Clarity records page interactions such as clicks and scrolling; its mandatory masking hides entered form values. Microsoft may also use this data for advertising under its Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
Your privacy choices
For visitors identified as being in the United States, optional tracking starts on unless you have opted out. Use Privacy choices on any page to opt out or change your preferences. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising and call attribution off. Other or unidentified locations start with optional tracking off until you choose. Contact forms and our standard phone number work without optional tracking. We remember opt-outs until you change them or clear browser storage; the notice appears again after saved permissions expire at 180 days.
