  1. Assessment: We start with a comprehensive evaluation of your property to determine specific BE305 compliance needs.
  2. Data Collection & Analysis: Utilizing ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®, we gather and analyze your building’s energy and water usage data.
  3. Report Submission: We ensure your benchmarking report is accurately prepared and submitted, meeting all Miami compliance deadlines.
  4. Continuous Support: From securing your Miami Building ID to optimizing your property’s efficiency post-reporting, our team is here for you every step of the way.

 

 

Benchmarking Reporting Requirements

  • June 30th annual deadline

  • For 2024, properties 50,000+ sq. ft. are required to comply

  • Initial reporting date by property type:

    • Covered Properties ≥ 200,000 sq. ft. — June 30, 2023

    • Covered Properties ≥ 100,000 sq. ft. — October 1, 2023

    • Covered Properties ≥ 50,000 sq. ft. — October 1, 2024

    • Covered Properties ≥ 20,000 sq. ft. — October 1, 2025

  • Additional Requirements: Retro-Commissioning Study every 5 years, starting as early as 2028
