Chase Plaza is a midsize condominium building in DC’s beautiful and historic Van Ness neighborhood. It’s managed by the boutique property manage firm Paul Associates.
Results
Chase Plaza depended on Honeydew Energy Advisors in procuring the best value solar array and financial arrangement. Honeydew was able to overcome the challenging amount of HVAC equipment on the roof by using a rooftop canopy system. It then coordinated financing between the canopy manufacturer, installer, and financier to fix the Association’s electric rate at half of the utility’s current retail rate for the next 20 years!
